The Capitol Reef Natural History Association (CRNHA) was founded in 1963 as a nonprofit cooperating association. The association's purpose is to support historical, cultural, scientific, interpretive and educational activities at Capitol Reef National Park.
CRNHA operates the book store in the Visitor Center and manages the Gifford farmhouse offering museum tours, daily craft demonstrations as well as selling items that relate to the historic scene of Fruita, Utah in the 1930's. When you purchase from CRNHA, you are supporting programs in Capitol Reef National Park.
The CRNHA funds such programs as Frontier School Days and is a significant donor to the educational outreach program, oral history interviews, interpretive programs, and scientific research projects.
We invite you to join our association and help us in preserving this national treasure.
